房缺室缺对上海儿童医学中心来说是菜的不能再菜的先心病，对他们来说手术成功率高达100%，术后与正常小孩比较基本没什么区别？

您好： 缺损看起来实际变化不大； 肺动脉高压在新生儿都是存在的，所以恢复正常是好事啊； 建议继续定期复查。

Admin:您好,请问我女儿这种情况可以打百日破吗?目前只吃了糖丸，乙肝疫苗打了2针，我们这里的医生一听孩子有先心病就建议推后打百日破以及其他的疫苗接种。

你好，你女儿的的状况和我儿子差不多，几乎一样。我儿子35天是也是房缺（8.2mm）+室缺（6.4mm）+肺动脉高压，在儿医中心做的检查。医生说肺动脉高压可能是娘胎里带出来的，过段时间就会降下来的。结果我们3个月复查的时候果然肺动脉高压没有了，房缺也只有0.2mm了不过室缺变成7.1mm了。医生说现在已经有自愈的趋势了，每3个月随访一次。还有医生建议预防针按计划打，只要小孩病情非常严重没什么关系的，打预防针能增强他的抵抗力，防止病毒感染。在我们上海的儿医中心里这是非常普通的病，不要太着急了，即使要马上手术，手术费用也不会很高，大概3万（所有费用）左右。不过有肺炎就要贵一点

zhougang,你好,你儿子现在多大了呢，我女儿都快7个月了，现在打百日破可以吗？好像打了百日破宝宝会发烧的，这个对宝宝的先心病有影响吗？还有安尔宝（HIB）疫苗宝宝也可以打吗？希望宝宝都能自愈健康成长！

你好,你宝宝跟我家儿子的情况一模一样.费用大约是做导管检查八千至一万.手术费的话还不知道,不过医院开的单子上写明要准备三万伍千左右.

你好,你女儿和我儿子的病一样,宝宝是5个多月做的手术,我们已经做手术10个月了,恢复的很好,不要担心,相信医院好了,只要手术了,和正常孩子一样.费用我们用了3万8.(所有费用加起来)

卢医生，您好，今天我女儿刚好9个月，体重20斤，身高72cm，刚才她睡着时我测了下心律和呼吸次数，心率101，呼吸次数34-38，请问这两个数据对于9个月的宝宝来说怎样啊，另外我女儿还很爱跳很爱动，可是现在还爬的不好，作为家长我们应该限制她的这些爱跳的活动吗？急盼您的回复。（6个月检查时还有房缺3.5mm和室缺6.4mm，准备过几天再去复查彩超）另：谢谢大家的回复，我好久没有上来了，希望宝宝们都健康！！！
