我儿子的室缺是不是肺动脉瓣下型？谢谢！

: {/ v7 s/ N1 f% u; H5 L9 Y<P>　　<FONT size=3>你提供的2DE报告只是说探及室间隔回声中断Φ<st1:chmetcnv UnitName="cm" SourceValue=".3" HasSpace="False" Negative="False" NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on"><FONT face="Times New Roman">0.3CM</FONT></st1:chmetcnv>位肺瓣下，没有报告VSD与肺动脉瓣的距离，所以现不好对其进行确切的具体分型。若是肺动脉瓣下型VSD往往会引起主动脉瓣脱垂易导致主动脉瓣关闭不全，宜尽早手术治疗，术前对肺动脉瓣影响不大。建议到上海儿童医学中心进一步检查以明确诊断，确诊对手术时机的选择和手术医师选择心脏手术切口都有意义。</FONT></P>

    1，如果没有其他症状，建议2岁左右手术，这期间也算有一段观察时期。如果缺损没有闭合倾向，建议手术治疗。
    2，费用在3万元左右！
