囡囡是2月5号做的手术,疤还没掉呢.可能得再等一周再开始用.
还有,PICU的护士告诉我们头几年晒日光浴和游泳的时候疤痕上一定要抹防晒霜.

美皮护贴上后就不用管它了，洗澡的时候可以揭掉也可以不揭，透气性不错，等美皮护自己脱落就可以换新的了，一般一帖可以用一个月。这个东西我感觉没什么副作用，就是揭下来的时候注意别弄脏了，因为还要贴回去嘛，效果嘛，我给莜莜贴了两个月了，现在疤痕已经很淡了，颜色和肤色差不多了，感觉不错，我没有和没用美皮护的宝宝比较过，只能靠感觉说了。下次复查我和别的宝宝比较后再告诉大家。

美皮护一个疗程是三个月，用衣服把伤口遮住呀。以后宝宝不能穿低领了。

美皮护的使用说明(我从网上买的美皮护没带说明。下面的说明是从卖美皮护的网站上找到的。中文是我加的，不大贴切)：
How to use Mepiform
1. Open the packaging and remove the dressing. If required, cut to appropriate size allowing at least 1 cm overlap of the scar area.
打开包装取出美皮护。需要的话可以把美皮护切成小片。至少要比瘢痕大1厘米。
2. Before applying Mepiform make sure the scar area and surrounding skin are clean and dry. If used together with ointment or cream, ensure that the dressing covers the treated area and adheres to dry skin.
使用前瘢痕和周围的皮肤要洗净擦干。如果和油膏一起用，要注意美皮护要粘在干燥的皮肤上，盖住治疗部位。
3. Remove the protective film and apply Mepiform over the scar or newly closed wound. Avoid stretching when applying over joints.
揭掉保护膜，把美皮护贴在瘢痕或新愈合的创口上。需跨过关节时不要使劲拉。
4. Remove the dressing at least once per day for inspection and washing of the skin. The dressing can then be reapplied.
每天至少取下美皮护一次，观察和清洗皮肤。取下的美皮护可以再贴上。
5. Mepiform should, under normal conditions, be changed every 3-7 day or when the dressing no longer sticks in place. The dressing is waterproof and can be worn while bathing and showering.
正常情况下美皮护每3-7天或者自然脱落后需更换。美皮护不透水。盆浴或淋浴时可不取下。

Precautions
注意
Follow the instructions for use carefully. Should the skin become soggy or a rash occur, remove the dressing and allow the skin to recover until the symptoms have disappeared, then continue treatment, gradually increasing wear time. If the symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult your doctor for advice. Do not use on open wounds.
照说明使用。有渗出或长疹子时要揭掉美皮护让皮肤休息直到症状消失后再开始贴。逐渐延长使用时间。如果症状不消褪，停止使用，请教医生。不要用在未愈合的创口上。

Treatment time
治疗时间
For best results Mepiform should be worn for 24 hours per day, with at least one daily washing of the skin. First results may be seen already after 2 months, however the improvement of the scar may continue for up to a year under treatment.
为获得最佳效果，应连续每天24小时使用。每天至少清洗一次。2个月后就可能见效。但是连续一年使用效果可以更好。

是我们太懒了。:$ 明天晚上就把引流管的2个小切口也贴上。囡囡好象从没在意过我们给她贴上来，揭下去的。也没到看到周围皮肤长疹子。不过白天让皮肤休息一下很有道理。晚上贴还可以防止囡囡抓挠。

莜莜的两个小切口恢复的非常好，反倒是上面插管的口子颜色较深，恢复我的我不是很满意，美皮护我想给宝贝用半年看看。
